If you look back there are a number of PR'S which talk about "Transparency" and yet does he follow up with it. NO!

Not only did he fail to deliver the audit but he couldn't even conform with Pinksheets and at least put out 3rd quarter numbers.Over six months to do this and he couldn't even do that. And this is after being late last time. So you actually think he cares about shareholders or believes in his statement.
