I trade Dow options, the options on futures, and in the past I had trouble knowing what to do with a position after I entered. I bought Bigalow's candlestick book, and I'm a trading machine now. Sold some Dow puts this week for $1950, paid $1200 for em on 3/18... Prior to that trade I sold some Dow puts for $2900, paid $1200 for those units (gravestone doji March 7) This week, I was stopped out of one Dow call, lost $600...I'm starting most positions near the close on Friday's, I bought some Dow calls yesterday near the close, a perfect inverted hammer, with stochastics oversold.
