I certainly agree with your facts as stated but consider this...originally SDVI owned the rights to RR because Graffiti was a subsidiary company. Now that Graffiti is being spun off as a separate company with its own IPO and now owns the rights to RR, Ken probably can't give us any facts about the release of RR because that announcement would be forth coming from Graffiti and not SDVI anymore.

In my opinion, Graffiti will announce the release of RR during the IPO announcement to help kick up the GRAFF PPS at the time of the IPO. If the announcement was made before the IPO it probably wouldn't have the same effect on the GRAFF PPS. Again, this is only my opinion.
