With all due respect, you are WAY off base with that. Probably you're referring to the fact that the S-1 filing about share registration in connection with the Mammoth LOC mentions the figure of 66,667,000 shares. That does indeed sound like a lot - BUT it is not the real picture, for two reasons.
First of all, as waterdog wrote a little while ago, Ed does not intend to draw down anywheres near the entire 10 mill. There are specific goals that have to do with the productuion of the hospital machines, and those funds will be necessary for launching that project. As Ed wrote at some point, this will not require using even half of the funds that Mammoth has committed.
Second, the figure of 66 mill. was based on the share price at the time of the filing, which was .20. Once things start rolling, there will be news about the beginning of production, peer-review, orders from other sectors, etc., at that point, whatever the share pice will be, it WON'T be .20 - so the dilution will be much less.
It would not shock me if the entire dilution from the Mammoth drawdowns will be less than 10 mill. shares. Just MHO, but it's based on pretty solid information.
The filing on the other hand had to report the worst scenario, based on full draw-down and current price. Another of the burdens of full reporting, which besides being exhuasting, creates mistaken impressions.
