Hey guys....Just wanted to inform everyone that I am out as of right now. Those who know me, know I'm honest and post both sides of the story....not just when things are great.

Yesterday I was VERY high on this play, with tons of DD done and lots of positive things discovered....although most speculative. Last night I received an email response from Darrell Gunter, the man who was running things before the acqusition. Below is a copy of his response.

Now before reading, just keep in mind he is no longer with the company, and this doesn't mean this is a bad play.....obviously very thin and who knows what's gonna happen. But after discovering this, I would kill myself not to take my 100%+ profit and end up screwing myself as I've done hundreds of times lol. So for now, take it for what it's worth....and I'll be watching closely on the sidelines for any future developments.

"The assets of Collexis holdings were acquired by Elsevier. Collexis holdings inc is being wound down and is being managed by the former CFO mark Murphy. Note that after the debts were settled and the preferred shareholders distribution, there were no assets left for the common shareholders.
