What if the intention of the uplist was to raise cash? They have convinced enough fund managers with plenty of deals coming down the pipe.

While the lack of details/PR could point to it being problematic, the fact that they are still in business and SEC hasnt come out with a direct rejection of their application could also foretell something is obviously working in the background. calm before the storm,
