Last we heard officially they were locking up a Florida acquisition and in a vague email it says they are meeting with a California firm and no comment on the Florida acquisition. It's a matter of open and clear communication with the shareholders. I don't think that is asking alot. Don't let any CEO pink or not make you feel open disclosure is a privilege instead of a requirement.
