Perhaps CMKX will be the one that brings the illegal short issue into "the courtroom" big time. Does the SEC realy want CMKX and Bob Mahue in the courtroom? What type of information could be brought forth? Who knows but I just don't think the SEC wants this and I think thats the jest of our last pr. Our leadership is saying ok just what are you trying to acomplish here SEC? We start coming forward with info and you try to shut us down? Why before the endless days of trading at .0001 did you not try and shut us down when we had no intention of being reporting? Just what is it that the SEC is trying to sweep under the rug? NICE pr and well thought out, saying we arent going away and making a spectacle of the powers that be.
