For those that believe at this things, Market Makers's signal 911 means "Pending News".
In my two years experience on these markets I've seen it 4-5 times and in all cases in the subsequent 1-10 days the interested company has published a news.
For your question, the answer is: depending by the type of news, could be positive, negative or neutral for stock's value.
IMHO in this situation and considering the previous official press releases could be positive but on Pinksheet the optimism only in very few occasions is adequately rewarded.
