I think the PR is clear that it is a funding commitment, like a line of credit for 8 years. That sounds fair enough giving the Company's history, financial position,...
I think having the funding commitment, it will enable to keep the projects running, it shows that there is a potential for the Company and its technology.

Overall, I think it is exciting and great news. I hope we will see the financial and higher volume over the next few days.

Do you think today's volume was because ppl were busy with the market being down and with the big boards?
