ASFX CAN'T even pay their monthly bills now. How in the heck is the SEC going to uplist a company thats this desperate for CASH??????

First they're going to demand an audit for 2010. And the auditor will need to be paid.

Its an impossible business situation. WHO will extend credit at this point in time DR???????
