Arguing about CCME's legitimacy feels like arguing with someone that the earth is round. It just shouldn't happen in this day and age

There I just can't agree. But that's just me probably. I don't see it being absurd to talk about it or at least to bring up the issue if so many people out there obviously disagree with you and I'm not talking about any shorts, I'm talking about legitimate investors.

You can't compare this to your "earth is round" example since nobody (ok almost nobody-lol) is going to argue with you on this one.
