My gut tells me that Eddie made all these acquisitions and other deals with little or no cash and the balance paid with the Monopoly Money he manufactures by the billions. I also believe he has purchased assets from himself (ArtchannelTV, ArtchannelGalleries, etc) at grossly inflated prices.. with cash raised from investors... thereby further enriching himself.

Regardless of how it happens, I believe that the bulk of the cash that flows in winds up in the pockets of Eddie and the Vakser Mafia! And without an independently audited set of financials all investors have is the numbers Eddie himself fabricates.

THAT'S WHY I SAY REPORT ARTFEST TO THE IRS!!! THEY WILL AUDIT THE COMPANY AND IT'S OFFICERS. THEY WILL FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CASH. IF IT WASN'T SPENT LEGALLY OR PROPERLY --OR IF IT WOUND UP IN THE VAKSER MOB'S POCKETS-- THEN MAYBE SOMEONE WILL GO TO JAIL. IF I LOST MY LIFE SAVINGS TO THIS SCAM I'D BE SCREAMING BLOODY MURDER!!

Until I see some audited books I'll have to trust my gut.
