Dispersant that made the oil "disappear" in the gulf was not allowed to be introduced into the environment because no studies could be done to test for spread...or so the EPA said. A disaster of that magnitude wiped out all "THE RULES" we have to live by. A bunch of scientists from Russia even said that there was a chance that the entire population of the southeast "could" be wiped out if a tropical storm blew up that year. How do we know that isn't the cause since we have "NO FREAKIN' IDEA" how to test for the CHIT.

My memory isn't as short as the governments and I bet nobody brings the dispersant back up...LOL
