Since we really don't know what Ken's connection to the new spinoff of Graffiti will encompass, e.g. CEO, board member, etc.
He may not be in a position that he can make public annoucements regarding the intellectural property which is now owned by the new Graffiti spinoff.

Since there has been a lack of PR or information in the product announcement of RR, it is probably due to the change of ownership of the aquired assets and will happen at the time of the IPO.

Twice in previous years, I have worked for two different companies that went through IPOs and it was quite an experience. Management insisted that any new product lines were NOT to be discussed with anyone outside the company until the IPO was executed. If you did discuss upcoming product lines, you were subject to dismissal.

This is IMO.
