The jail time your talking about should have given out quite a few times if that's your theory. Lasst run up began sept 13, news released oct. 27. If you don't think there is insidere games on this stock, frankly I am amazed. Zcloud, the avg daily volume is 2 million, if there were a substantial contract I would expect 30 mill avg.
