I have owned APLN for years now, and it has been brought to my attention they are on the daily list for tomorrow with a name change, but no r/s or ticker change. That caused me to check the NV SOS, and I found that it says "MERGE OUT". Does that mean they have merged with another company that is registerd in another state? TIA
