It isn't nonsense, I believe a mixture of misunderstandings exist, in a reverse split sp always goes up, that's how it works... now in a forward split the sp does not have to react proportionately by regulation, instead the sp is affected by perceived shareholder value and usually always adjusts itself.. and is "Reflected" as the note (3) in your last image says, all the while the entire chart backwards from the R/S in '09 hides all the past real-time pps
