PRmaniac, 7-10-11 just stated that HRNF bought back shares on Dec 22nd! He also furnished the name and number of the TA with whom he spoke:

wallstreetmav, Just confirmed with the TA that the outstanding did not change from yesterday's 7,405,663,580. In fact, on December 22, 2010, the company bought back 260,000,000 shares and retired them. I will post updated numbers in a bit.

Looks like the company is following through with what they have told shareholders.

Nothing like a plan coming together.
