I saw WTER move In approx. 20 min
with an ut on vol of 30K. Each approx vol of 30K moved it up from .15 to .1525 to .155... fast mover.

There was an UT on bid from .15 to .152. Bid moved to the .152 after a buy at .152. (Bid had been .15) Ask holding strong at .155. Got .16 waiting in line, and it is a small wall, then very thin asks thru 2's and no 3's, then 2 on ask at .4
May be catching the mms off guard...
