If Q was a reporting company, had a viable product, etc...etc...etc...and someone was truly bashing, false information, rumors, etc. then your right.

But Q has nothing....they have less viewers than some 16 year old kids public access TV show.

Lot of pomp and circumstance, lot of money tied up, lot of money coming in, but as of yet, their problems are SOLELY THEIR OWN, no one else caused this except for Frank and the gang.

You have to have something TO slander and it is not beyond anyones rights to say that Frank has lied to us, Frank has made promises he cannot keep which DIRECTLY relate to revenue and income, not to mention the fact he is hiding all of the financials.

Now if Q was what I said above, a viable company, reporting, etc...etc...then yes Slander would be appropriate, then again I think Frank would be too busy with the SEC to talk to his lawyers about slander.

This goes both ways you know.
