Well basically all I have done so far was contact etrade, tell them the situation, they then told me to call Island Transfer and have them send over needed information. So after Island sent over the information I called etrade back and talked to corporate and they told me before I could receive the certificate from them by mail I needed to deposit 50 into my account so they can send it out.

Also they sent me the same instructions listed in the Ibox for after I receive my certificate.

So i just wanted to confim if anybody else with etrade was informed that there was a 50 dollar fee.
