There are many people on BOTH sides of the fence here that claim knowledge of events that frankly nobody could know about unless they were tipped off. The bashers seem pretty emphatic about UC dumping shares even though his personal holdings have never been formally released. The bashers are acting as if the revocation is a done deal at the hearing even though evidence has yet to be presented. On the flip side, there are many sudden longs making an appearance (carquest/jay adobe) claiming that we should see the net effects of an inside deal soon. Bottom line is we're no place different than ever before. Both sides claim victory and both sides can NOT win.

For many reasons I believe still in cmkx, most importantly of which is that maheu has a long, storied history of getting things done against some pretty rugged adversaries. Remember he BUILT Hughes' empire and has enough regulatory experience to be a lawyer himself. And then throw in a little thuggery when needed, and you have a man who I am willing to place my money behind.

I'm going to wait this out. I have always believe and stil believe that this stock has been manipulated and naked shorted out the ying-yang. That personal belief remains. Whether it will be vindicated or proven wrong remains to be seen.

For now, Happy Easter to everyone, enjoy your holiday weekend and I plan on trying not to think about cmkx until either a formal PR hits, there is a change in my account, or the administrative hearing occurs. Good luck to everyone. I just don't see a reason to spend more time on this considering the vacuum of information we're in. As you will see, the bashers will continue to feel 40 hours/week of their time is well worth it even though they have no vested interest. Go figure.
