Ameritrade called me today and they are discussing with the Transfer Agent how the shares will be sent to shareholders.

They have not decided if they will be sent in certificate form ($25 charge from the Transfer Agent), or electronically. The transfer agent mentioned that the Brokers may have to send a request with $25 check for each certificate.

The transfer agent is getting a lot of calls from brokers.

Ameritrade will call me back next week and let me know what the procedure will be (certificate or electronic). I think it will be resolved in a matter of days.
