Scam stocks 101: the ceo always speaks of expansion, increased sales and a bright future but nothing ever comes and the bagholders lost everything. Only believe concrete data that can be proven, not one mans asperations that are constantly in question. Also study the history of the company and what the ceo said in past and examine wether his past aspirations have come true. Also examine the PPS and its pattern.
