One other thought. Thanks for reposting that for all parties to see. So many posts throughout the day, I don't have time to read them all.

I am sure you have already done so since you are Nodummy; you have checked the properties in the email to check the IP as to where it came from (message source)?

I am sure Mr. Marshall has no qualms about me bringing that to your attention in a public forum since he has "no knowledge" of being made a director.

The SEC would obviously like to know the where abouts on the IP address as to where it actually came from in case they need to verify it with Mr. Marshall. It will lend a little more credibility to the actual email and will substantiate the evidence. I am sure since your are Nodummy, you have already done sone.
