SUNLOGICS ANNOUNCES TRANSFER OF “GREEN ZONE” – A SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC CANOPY DEVELOPED AND BUILT ONSITE AT GENERAL MOTORS HAMTRAMCK VOLT ASSEMBLY PLANT – TO SUNLOGICS POWER FUND

* Sunlogics Inc. is transferring ownership of its Hamtramck, Michigan “Green Zone”, into the Sunlogics Power Fund, the fund designed for all of Sunlogics Inc. North American commercial installations.
* General Motors contracted Sunlogics to develop the “Proof of Concept” solar photovoltaic canopy and charging station at the GM Volt Assembly Plant site in Hamtramck, Michigan.
* Sunlogics Inc. transferred its first “Green Zone” solar canopy and charging station into the Sunlogics Power Fund at a value of $175,000. This is the beginning of many planned solar projects for the Sunlogics Power Fund, which has an exclusive relationship with Sunlogics Inc.

MODESTO, CA and KELOWNA, BRITISH COLUMBIA, January 5, 2010
Modesto, Calif. – Sunlogics Inc. today announced it was transferring the ownership of its Hamtramck, Michigan “Green Zone” to the Sunlogics Power Fund.

Sunlogics Inc. was selected by General Motors to build the solar photovoltaic canopies and electric vehicle charging station. Sunlogics’ “Proof of Concept” installation is located at the Chevrolet Volt assembly plant in Hamtramck, Michigan.

Michael Matvieshen, CEO of Sunlogics says, “Sunlogics Power Fund Management Inc. has been specifically established to own and fund Sunlogics Inc. commercial solar power installations globally.

“We are pleased that the “Green Zone” has proven to be an important strategy for GM’s Chevrolet Volt program,” said Jack DeLiddo, Vice President and Director of Sunlogics. “The Green Zone clearly demonstrates to America how to bring free energy from the sun to power the car.”
