Attempted to contact Ares today. If you call the ACLH investor relations phone number listed on the ACLH website, you'll reach the "corporate offices." A "marketing guy" will answer the phone and will inform you that he doesn't have any news about ACLH, and will refer you to Ares.
You'll receive a phone number to reach Ares, and when you call it, you'll hear that unmistakeably rich, cigarette-cured, voice of the ever-reassuring, 31 year-old, uber Investor Relations Director, Ares Ionidis, informing you that you've reach investor relations for Global NuTech, and that my call [yes my call] is very important to them. And if you get a returned phone call after you leave a message requesting an ACLH update, then I bet you'll be one really fortunate SOB.
If Shipley, Ares and the other Directors and Officers of ACLH think that they do not owe me and other ACLH investors an update eight(8) months after the SEC suspension, then they haven't benefited from the tens of thousands of dollars spent on legal advise. And if these folks think that they can move onto their next reincarnation, Global NuTech, at the disregard of ACLH investors, then they haven't taken into consideration the vast reach 21st century information technology will have on the outcomes of their future endeavors.
I'd like to encourage all ACLH shareholders to call Ares and request an update, news, and/or path forward on ACLH. For months Ares reassured us that "soon" we'll hear more..and then that in January we'll be updated...well soon is now and January is here.
Please post your experiences on this board. Together we can become effective, unified in common losses, and empowered to realize value from an otherwise Shipley, et.al. discarded investment.
