there are other methods for financing before hitting the pipes... also, the sellers would have to be crazy to accept 0.1 warrants knowing they were going to dilute the pps on this deal...

having said that, its always possible they are diluting... but i still believe the insiders would like to retain they're shareholder value... and seek other methods of financing first...
