Did not alert, but mentioned.

Boardmarks up from 5 to 33, and was up 51% today.

It is an empty shell, with a former Secy of Defense on BOD, along with some other heavy hitters..filed a week ago...awaiting next filing.....no idea of what it will eventually be..

Could be a wild ride up and down; not for the weak, imo.
