The skinny on the Pfeffer Brothers, Kevin and Keith. Kevin claims to be a multimillionaire but he lives in a house registered to Keith and uses a boat registered to Keith but claims it is his. Hiding assets?? Kevin had worked for a mortgage brokering company financing slum housing in the DC area but the company was purchased by CSFB and he was gone. Hmmnnn. The president of the company had his lawyer write to me in a strongly worded message that Kevin Pfeffer had no connection to CSFB. Hmmn.
He was sucked into investing in this company a few years ago and then started to throw good money after bad. It would seem that he is now the largest shareholder with about 4 million dolars in it. He has funded the company by purchasing private placement shares at three cents and Convertible Debentures priced at three cents or the lower of half the closing stock price. If the company tanks he is a creditor but if it succeeds he gets to dilute you folks for a 100 million shares, or so, at three cents a share.
Kevin started posting on RB in May of 2000 under the handle caveatruinam. Keith has posted as BFDeal on RB and as gebeliever over on SI for much longer. Kevin posted in the summer of 2000 that the money to build the full size plant was assured and that there would be full production in 2001. Didn’t happen!! They built a little road down to the Chaco Face in late 2000 but that site has since been abandoned.
He posted that he would “insist” that I be sued by the company for my opinions but instead I was sued by an employee of the company. I settled the suit with the lawyer but then she tried to weasel out of the deal. I wonder who “insisted” on that? I made a motion to the court to have the agreement enforced but the judge went one step further and dismissed the case. The lawyer then wrote a whiny motion to the judge to have the case reinstated but he threw it out. Many posters here said that I would never prevail but I did.
Kevin Pfeffer came back to RB a while ago with guns blazing under the luvmygold alias and then followed me to SI. His primary mission seems to be rid of me, a failed gold miner. Makes one wonder about the legitimacy of this Company! Why would the largest shareholder of a company care what a failed miner from Canada thinks of his pride and joy mining company? The only logical explanation is that I am correct in calling it a SCAM and he knows it.
