Chess the arpa-e paper is HUGE HUGE HUGE. It flat out says that quantum dots are the way to go. The 50% better yield on the light coming out. The paper explains the layers in depth and how mixing in different mixed gives different returns. Goes into detail about the shell stucture and thickness. It goes into great detail on how the old rare earth way is going to get replaced by the DOTS It is an excellent read!!!!!! I would say it bodes extremely well for QTMM with the picture of a Tetrapod on page 64. I am getting the feeling they are fueling the QTMM rocket for the launch. Also that when the news starts coming it is going to be intense to say the least.
