I dont think you are in a position to give advice...yes those are facts...but those facts are easily justified. Just because money has not been received/announced yet does not put our CEO as incompetent or incapable of closing the deal. It does NOT give you the right to assume/spread speculative information WITHOUT information...information which you DON'T have because it has NOT been made public yet. They have good reasons for staying quiet...and the only PR I want to see is "WE HAVE THE FUNDS" any other "update" as you put it will only create more problems, more heat and confusion. Obviously you cannot understand that...you think just because you own few million shares you are ABSOLUTELY entitled to get updates by demanding them on a message board...WRONG!!! They are only required to make MATERIAL EVENTS public within 3 or 4 days by LAW..."updates" are in their discretion...and its good that they haven't issued one. Because they are well aware what impact PR's like that have on the pps along with rumor mill and etc. Besides the only PR that matters is the money PR...once that is done with CHILL is no longer a problem...EVERYTHING else falls like the domino effect...money talks bullshit walks...YOU FAIL TO SEE THESE THINGS...THEY CAME THIS FAR AND YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SAY THEY CANT CLOSE THE DEAL!?!? YOU ARE SO WRONG ITS FUNNY!!! Or sad...but I cant really blame you, you dont have all the cards in front of you...anyways you posting your propaganda on msg boards will not change a thing THAT'S A FACT!!! And when that PR finally makes its way to the public...everyone will see HOW wrong you were along with a line of other so called "geniuses".
