The default status is do to over-due State administrative fees (verifiable by calling the Nev SOS offices) and is being resolved by the company in the near-term. It is no secret that ZLUS had a rough 2010 financially and not a surprise to me when I checked the Sec of State's site last week, then called them. It is only a couple thousand dollars, patch, if it bugs you that much Lets all chip in and pay the minor state administrative fees for them.
