IMO when The company came out and stated they are out from under NDA and and will be announcing details of the Conclusionary (love that word, wonder if I can patent it) deal on or before Jan 15th that qualifies as DONE ( In my mind) just waiting to tell the world, which is a minor detail haha).

Now, in my wifes mind I must tell her it is not DONE, however when they announce it Officially it is then DONE DONE DONE, which means the moratium is lifted for her to SHOP SHOP SHOP, which I know MG's wife has already there.

So I am not sure which one is accurate for conversation sake, and don't really give a shit and can't believe I am taking the time to clarify, but I am not worth a shit at work anymoe so why not. I do understand the concern. Hopefully that covers my ass sufficiently, and that should also keep the Newbies away from my throat as well, lol.
