I don't know the answer to your question, but my perspective on this situation seems to be similar to that of DOS. I cannot understand any other motive for a person or group to constantly bash a stock and degrade the management so thoroughly, for such a long period of time (years). Especially if they truly believe it is a scam. Most of the OTCBB stocks out there will turn out to be scams.

Why spend so much time trying to destroy a group of Russians who are recovering from being manipulated by a group of Canadians and Americans?

Why do these people exert so much negative energy toward a stock they believe to be an empty shell?
