I doubt he would be bothering if he didn't think it would end well for the QASP shareholders. Afterall, he is only involved here because he himself got F'd out of lots of money. He can't legally buy shares in some soon-to-be-acquired shell legally without disclosing, so if QASP shareholders ended up on the bottom of the pig pile, he would be right there with us. Given that he has supposedly continued spending his own money and certainly lots of unpaid time of this venture, I'm doubtful the QASP shareholder woudln't be getting the majority consideration moving forward.
