all i can tell you is i met a guy who was very open
to someone who just dropped in. i have been a good judge of character in my life and i liked furlong. he has been fighting
a battle which has cost him 3 million bucks, and won all sec
claims against the company. he returned shares in hcca to stockholders, protected himself aghainst a takeover, you will
see audited financils in a few weeks and additional sales
announced in the furture. am not going to talk about some
things he told me but when these land leases were purchased
and the value estableished, things happened to bring hcca down
