No,

I'm going on record that BLDV will realize an exponential gain way over its 52 week high in 2008.

BLDV is part of something very significant so "full value" timing is hard to predict.

Remember, BLDV purchased or is about to finalize a majority share in a 12 mil gal facility so they have partners.
