What will happen is we are going to transfer your shares in your Fidelity account back into your name, then transfer those shares into the name of Graffiti Entertainment. Therefore, you will no longer hold shares in Signature Devices and Signature Devices is going to send you a Graffiti Entertainment certificate in your name. Since we are not acting as the transfer agent for Graffiti, Signature is going to be the one to issue you a certificate for Graffiti. All we are doing is transferring your shares out of your name and put them into the name of Graffiti Entertainment, as a holder of Signature Devices.
