That is correct. Island needs to handle the "retirement" or transfer of the SDVi shares and then convert them to a book entry with Graffiti shares. Signature Devices IR will then send me the Graffiti Cert.

I you want SDVI to handle the whole thing, you need to request a cert from your broker and then send the SDVI Cert to IR and get them to send you a cert for Graffiti.

At least this is my understanding. I spoke to Island 4 times today to get the process down.
