Chime has to pay what ever he agreed to pay to the court last year as was said on the record, dead company or alive IMO not sure if a year has passed on all that .. or if the commitment was longer than a year..... either way.. That money was committed on the court doc's.

all the other Big news so far seems to be hearse..
