Besides 0.0013 - there's tons of support in L2 before 0.001 which is the 52 week low - So to say we'll hit new lows is just as crazy as me saying if we break 0.0018 we'll hit new highs - 52 week high is 0.16
By the way - You should be careful when "Price fixing" always follow your personal price opinions with imo (in my opinion) or imho (in my humble opinion) - cover your azz - the SEC are out to get pumpers and bashers alike ;)
