Only because he is just now stating what has been the the truth all along. These are not failed attempts by the company that he is reporting. These were blatant lies which were fabricated by Barnett to pump up the stock. And he disclosed them to the public by way of a website update in lieu of a PR. I wonder if that will pass the SEC smell test?
