ADDENDUM 2

A potentially significant point occurred to me.

If you were cmkx, I do not think you'd want to file all the information about your company that you've gathered unless it was verified and audited to meet full SEC and SOX compliance. In fact, filing ANY of that information prior to it being properly completed/audited/verified could result in some serious negative consequences.

However, you COULD potentially produce all of that information in an administrative public hearing as evidence to show the judge good faith in attempting to inform its shareholders of properly handled and audited information, EVEN IF INCOMPLETE AT THAT TIME. Filing it as evidence at a hearing would not be filing it formally with the SEC. After all, I'd think a judge would very much want to see specifically how much progress cmkx has made so far in its filing efforts before issuing a ruling. Would be an interesting backdoor to providing information to shareholders that it could not complete in the 60 day period.

Just a thought. Some more thoughts may come today. After today though, it's hasta la vista baby until the hearing. cheery-o.

As always, these are my personal opinions.

Hopefully nobody in here is investing anything but "fun" money that they can afford to gamble with.
