But, if the company does no testing on the property why should a buyer buy the property? when will FFGO or NMGL drill on these properties? They have to invest some money to drill and test. I WOULD NOT BUY THEIR PROPERTIES because management cares so little and they spent no time drilling and investing on their lands and updating reports. NOW, if I was going to build malls or homes then they are doing the right thing by sitting on their properties.
