JMHO As a pharmacist
who has been around for many years, I know many of you will disagree with my solution to DRUG ABUSE. We all know that we cannot eridacate it so, legalize the abuse drugs. It will take the profit from the traficers and put it in the government coffers, reduce the prison population, save a fortune on law inforcement, reduce crime, and save lives. No testing necessary. This was proposed by a former mayor of my fair city two decades ago. No one supported it. That being said, lets turn NNVC around and make some money. GLTAL
