Did you know that the Nevada Secretary of State website does not update in real time and it can take weeks until ammendment's which have been filed appear on the website. I prefer to use the most recent 8K which was filed with the SEC giving us the most updated info. It's all about having current and accurate info. This is why we need to tap into multiple sources like the SOS website as well as all SEC filings. Most recent filing also gave us the latest share structure.
