So you are thinking that Sunlogics business involves GM charging stations but somehow Sunlogics Fund will not be involved. That's pretty far fetched imho! Far, far more likely that both Sunlogics and SLMU/Sunlogics Power Fund will both own a piece of GM deal.

You play the percentages in this penny game and percentages say the CEO is using SLMU as a vehicle to connect the public markets with his GM/Greenzone deal.

Only way to buy a piece of this deal is through SLMU...I think this deal is a big winner and I want to buy a piece...which is why I bought shares of SLMU.
