This would not be considered a violation of the SEC code would it?

I mean what harm would it be if she was to tell us where those 66+ holes were drilled? it is not like she would say what they found from those holes right? point is, we just wanted to know if ZTEM findings are being used at this point with NAK. And how accurate ZTEM is. If NAK is using our ZTEM for the JV we as shareholders should have the right to know. Am I correct in my thinking/logic?
